| This guide (in French) was the result of course work by students of the 2021 CoPEH-Canada hybrid course on ecosystem approaches to health. It is a step-by-step guide to carrying out a mindfullness excercise in a natural environment with elementary students. It can be adapted to other ecosystems and audiences. |

- This is a set of guided activities to help imagine and plan a land-based traininig program. While it is designed for youth, it can be adapted to different levels.
Everyone lives in a watershed!
- The Canadian Wildlife Federation has teaching resources for K through grade 12. Some of the resources, such as this module on teaching the importance of a watershed, can be adapted to the university level.
